This article discusses what a vegan is and what the health benefits of being a vegan is. It tells us that vegans don’t eat any products that come from animals and rely strictly on plants. This article gives us the odds of health risks if a person were to start eating meats again. They discuss an experiment where it shows that there’s improved health benefits from a plant based diet such as digestion, energy, sleep and physical functioning.
